My practice primarily focuses on family law issues: divorce, civil unions, post-divorce issues, custody, child support, domestic violence, relocation, modification of alimony, modification of child support, restraining orders, visitation, mediation, etc.My practice includes counties all over New Jersey: Bergen, Essex, Passaic, Union, Morris and Hudson. I received my J.D. from Rutgers School of Law in Newark and my B.S. in Biology from Cook College, Rutgers University.I was the recipient the Dean’s Merit Scholarship and the Garden State Scholar Merit Scholarship during my attendance at Rutgers School of Law in Newark and Cook College, respectively. While attending Rutgers Law School, I was a student attorney in the Rutgers community law clinic, a law clerk in the Office of Technology Development at the New Jersey Institute of Technology, and a judicial intern for the Honorable Edward V. Torack, J.S.C. (ret.), in Bergen County Superior Court.After earning my J.D., I had the honor of working as a Judicial Law Clerk for the Honorable Ellen L. Koblitz, P.J.F.P., (currently J.A.D.), the Presiding Judge of the Family Part in Bergen County Superior Court. During this time I also served as a mediator in the Special Civil Division, mediating various small claims cases to settlement.In addition to my legal experience, I have over eight years corporate experience as a business analyst with AT&T Wireless and Cingular Wireless.

Faudia is the one attorney who I will never forget. She was there for me and my two children when we thought we hit rock bottom. Without her help and advice i don't think we would have made it through such a horrible court experience. Forever grateful

I paid about $9000 in total fees for Faudia to represent my girlfriend in her child custody case against the father. While Faudia was very nice and responsive, she really didn't add much value to the case. She was very quiet and didn't fight for my g/f much at all in the courtroom; she left my girlfriend to do almost all the talking and to make her case. The court order her office drafted contained spelling and grammatical errors, despite charging a high hourly rate for drafting it. I'm more than confident we would have achieved the same result without hiring Faudia and we would have saved $9000.
