In the beginning, when they are trying to gain your business they are good. After you hire them, it all goes South. No return calls or emails. I disengaged this firm in August and I am still trying to get my files, which they said they do not have, and the remainder of my retainer. They did absolutely nothing and are ignoring my request for my files and retainer. Run away from this place!
