We went to Farzad's law offices for our marriage based green card application and interview. Let's just say our case wasn't the easiest case but Attorney Farzad was very diligent in how he handled our case. I loved the fact that he never gave us fake positive hope and he constantly reminded us that we need to take this seriously and we need to be prepared. I have dealt with immigration lawyers in the past and I always had feeling of being rushed and the attorney simply didn't care. Farzad is not like that and he spent over 1.5 hours to talk to us about our interview and possible issues or strengths of our case. I would highly recommend Farzad's offices.
I placed my life in the hands of this attorney at a time when I felt lost, and they really helped me find my way. I highly recommend them, and would not think twice about working with them again.
So so lucky and fortunate we found this guy to represent us through our citizenship process. He is on point with literally everything and really knows his stuff!
I took my wife to El Salvador on the advice of our previous lawyer to adjust her immigration status, only to find out that she was now deported. Not only that, the work that the previous lawyer claimed to have done in order for her to return was not done. She was stuck in that country away from her children and family without any chance of returning for years and years. I carefully searched and prayed for help, being especially careful after being devastated by the actions of the previous layer that even continued with the case and got nowhere. Getting her out of there and back home with her family was now impossible. My brother somehow found Farnoush Farzad and referred him to me. I have never met a lawyer so kind, professional, and as honest as him. He asked me questions that the other lawyer failed to ask me about us and our circumstances. He ended up getting through every step of the process without any difficulties, or unexpected circumstances developing what so ever. In the end, at the completion of the process, the embassy tried to delay my wife’s departure home for a reason that they had no grounds to use as an excuse. I called Farnoush, and immediately we were called by the embassy and told to come and pick up the papers needed for my wife’s departure HOME. When we arrived at the embassy, they were literally expecting us at the door, and welcomed my wife by pulling the door wide open for her. The truth is that previously (with the other lawyer), we couldn’t even get into the embassy at times when we even had an appointment! I could never say enough good about this lawyer as an immigration specialist, a professional, or as a decent human being. I know for a fact that the work that Farnoush did for us was not for the money. This was almost three years ago, and to this day we will always be thankful and highly recommend him.
