I could not be more pleased with the representation I received from Fareesh. After a very painful auto accident, he was so helpful. He explained everything in detail, I never felt rushed when we talked, and he had superb knowledge of how to proceed with my case. I am totally satisfied with the resolution of my case and would heartily recommend Fareesh to anyone who needs a plaintiff's attorney. He responds to calls and emails right away and went above and beyond to help me.
To be honest I didn't know that the IVC filter that I had inserted in 2010 was defective. I had it inserted after a double pulmonary embolism after a hysterectomy. I never really thought anymore about it after the initial insertion. I received a call from the Sarangi Law Firm in the summer of 2016 asking me a few questions about my filter and during our conversation I was told that my filter was in fact one that has been causing great health issues, and in some cases death. Fareesh suggested that I have a CT Scan with contrast to make sure that my filter had not moved or broke. I was completely unaware that there was anything wrong and I was shocked that I hadn't received any notice from my doctor, or the radiologist who did my surgery. I didn't immediately look into the issue, as a matter of fact almost a year later I had put it off... June 2017 I received another call from Fareesh. He was concerned that I had not gotten the scan and emphasised that research was showing that the longer the filter is in that the risk of failure of the device goes up as many as 40% or more are failing. I scheduled an appointment immediately after the call. My appointment was with the original pulmonologist who had been involved in the placement of my filter, and he contacted the radiologist that inserted it. They both said I needed to have the filter taken out immediately. I agreed but wanted to have the CT Scan to see if the filter had migrated, or if there was any issues or changes from the original placement. Upon reviewing my CT it was discovered that the filter had in fact penetrated my vena cava vein, and one of the legs of the filter was in my small intestine. I was shocked. I had no symptoms, and I could not believe it. I was immediately scheduled for surgery to remove the filter. After reading many reviews of patients getting filters removed I was very apprehensive knowing that the filters were breaking apart during removal, and some could not be removed because of scar tissue. My procedure went well, the filter did come out intact after over and hour of trying to get in un stuck. I would just like to say thank you to Fareesh for reaching out to me. I keep thinking about the fact that if I hadn't have answered the phone that day I would still not know about the IVC Filter issue. He very well may have saved my life. If you are dealing with a medical issue that may involve a defective medical device, or a wrongful death. You need to work with someone who cares. Fareesh is a sincere, honest person who wants to see you well, and treated justly. I know that we are just in the beginning of my case but I am thankful for all that he has done so far. Give him a call. It may save your life.
Fareesh did a fantastic job, from the initial consultation he was very thorough and straight forward. He is professional, well connected, detail oriented, knowledgable and over all a pleasure to work with. We are very happy with the outcome! Great job and thank you!
Fareesh is an extremely professional attorney who is comprehensive in his approach and courteous by nature. He ensured that we had a good understanding of what to expect in our case from the start. Along the way, he gave us insights on where things were and how much time to expect things to turn around. Towards the end, he advised us on what a fair final settlement should look like. So all in all, he held our hand through the whole process very well. He is definitely recommended to others looking to get an efficient settlement on personal injury, defective and dangerous products and wrongful death cases.
He was so on point and knowledable about everything. He showed no fear when the insurance company did not bend in our direction. He got the results/ more that I imagined!!! He was the best lawyer for the job!!!
I had rear end hit and the Insurance company was nickel and diming me - Fareesh got it all sorted out with them paying out what was rightfully owed. Good Lawyer to have on your side.
I used Fareesh to handle an accident that happened in Atlanta, Georgia even though I live in North Carolina. Fareesh worked diligently to handle my case. He kept me abreast of everything that was happening every step of the way. He answered all of my questions and guided me through the whole process in a very professional way. By the time he settled my case I was very pleased with the results because he got me more than I expected and definitely more than what the insurance company was willing to give me had I not had him on my side. I highly recommend Fareesh to handle your case.
Mr.Sarangi did a great job with my case he did everything in a timely manner and he checked on me fromtime to time making sure that everything was going alright. Good job!!
From the beginning of my dealings with him, I found Fareesh to be very informative and personable. He was available to answer any questions I might have as he explained the process of the class action claim and any follow up with needed documentation. He also kept me informed of the progress of the claim, and the probability of a settlement. I was very comfortable dealing with him and found him easy to access when needed. I am very glad to have had him as my attorney and felt I was in good hands. The claim is in the process of a settlement with which I am very comfortable..
