Faith handled my prenup and my divorce. She is very friendly and knowledgeable of the law. She made sure my ex-wife didn't take me to the cleaners. I would recommend her to everyone
Faith Z. Lodder is an excellent, dependable, and wonderful attorney! Ms. Lodder is very attentive to detail and left no stone overturned in preparing for my case. She worked with only the best and strive for excellence in every thing she does. I highly recommend you at least meet with Faith Z. Lodder before you make that critical decision to retain an attorney.
If going through a divorce, Faith is the lawyer you want to hire. She is very knowledgeable, considerate of my needs, and very understanding of my circumstances. She took care of everything from start to finish and handled everything to my specifications
Faith handled a post-divorce modification of my marital settlement that provided a win-win for both parties. I was extremely satisfied with the outcome that ended up providing an equitable solution for both parties and the least amount of disruption to my children’s lives. During mediation, I had originally proposed to my former wife that she keep the marital home and I retain my retirement. Unfortunately, she originally elected to split both in spite of the fact that early liquidation of either asset would mean additional taxes and fees. The date to sell the house that was stipulated in the original agreement came and went and as I was in the process of filing contempt, we were able to negotiate an out of court settlement that went back to my original proposal of me retaining 100% of my retirement in exchange for my former wife receiving 100% of the equity in our marital home. I only wish I had hired Faith during my divorce proceedings as I am confident we would have found many similar opportunities to find more favorable outcomes. I will retain her services again in the future if I need any further legal assistance.
I want to take a moment to provide feedback on my amazing Divorce Lawyer, Faith Brown. Not only is Faith extremely good at what she does, she personalized my experience and made me feel like she was in it with me. I genuinely feel that she felt my pain and wanted to help me. At no time did I feel that she was just doing the standard "lawyer thing" which in most cases means stretching out a case to make as much money as they can. As a matter of fact, I felt the complete opposite. Faith was "very" reasonable with her charges and helped me stretch my dollars as much as she could while still helping me get through my horrible experience! I highly recommend Faith Brown as a Divorce Attorney. She is amazing and I feel the best in Bradenton, FL.!!
I would recommend contacting Faith Brown to anyone looking for a divorce attorney. I reached out to Faith regarding my situation and she immediately made me feel confident that she was going to make this process as easy as possible. She was always there to offer me her professional opinion, regardless what day of the week it was. When the other attorney tried to negotiate a settlement that went against what my ex-wife and I agreed on, Faith stood strong, politely declined their offer and at the end of the divorce, she got what I was originally owed. Thank you so much, faith!!
To say that filing divorce and ending a part of your past is painful would be an understatement. However, Faith guides you through the difficult parts, offers referrals when needed to other professionals who can help, has accurate knowledge, is very thorough and very fair. She made the worst parts of this process bearable and was available through phone calls as well as messaging. Thank you so very much, Faith!
Faith Is the best you can get. I had the privilege of having Faith representing me for a relocation case. She is very detailed and doesn’t back down. She has a heart of gold and will do anything she can for you. Not only an amazing lawyer but amazing woman.
Coming from being a stay at home mom and being trapped in a nasy situation, I did a lot for praying that God would give me faith so I knew everything was going to be ok. Well God gave me Faith! I entered into this divorce not having a clue and being completely lost. Faith was excellent at explaining everything and helping me prepare. She was amazingly efficient. She guided me through the mediation with such ease and I was shocked she was able to get me an absolute win in the divorce settlement at the very first mediation meeting! I HIGHLY recommend Faith Brown!
Mrs. Brown was hired for my Divorce case. The consult was where we first met. I was shaking and had so much anxiety. She was like talking to her like I knew her for years. She is very professional. If she's sure she can make it happen, She will sure you get what you want. If not, she is honest and upfront immediately. Her staff, Christa is quick and polite. I really enjoyed my time with Mrs. Brown. The best thing was I live out of county. Couldn't make it to her office and she was patient enough to schedule phone meetings with me. She was very empathetic with me. She really takes time with her clients. Don't look anywhere else. This is who you need!
