I just picked Ms. Foxworth out of the phone book and was I impressed with her demeanor and work ethics. My mother filed her estate with Ms. foxworth and has been pleased ever since. She knows how to talk to the elderly and explain all of their options. top rate attorney. If I lived in SC she would be my attorney of choice

Honestly, there is nothing I can say positive about my experience with her. I used her for a simple eviction in 2005 (tenant hadn't paid rent- open and shut case). She gave me a fantastic sales pitch letting me know how smoothly the process would go and how she could even get her fees paid by the defendant. She even convinced me to deposit my tenant's security deposit into her firm's escrow account (along with a $600 retainer). Once those checks were cashed, I barely heard from her again. Yet, she charged me to listen for every voicemail message I left asking her to give me a status update and also for every email (which she never returned). I did talk to her twice after the initial consult and each time she told me that she was still working on filing the unlawful detainer against the tenant- a very routine process. Once I made the decision to dump her, I had to threaten the office staff in order to get my money back from her escrow account. And of course, she charged me $1200 for doing NOTHING. Honestly, it was borderline fraud. PEOPLE LIKE THIS ARE THE ONE'S WHO GIVE LAWYERS A BAD NAME.
