Venessa Henlon represents property owners and tenants ranging from individuals to Fortune 500 companies in various real estate transactions including property acquisition, disposition and leasing matters. In addition to her expertise in traditional commercial real estate transactions, Venessa brings a deep understanding of the issues facing developers and public entities in public/private transactions, initially acquired in her prior roles representing the former San Francisco Redevelopment Agency and the City and County of San Francisco as a San Francisco Deputy City Attorney, and broadened in her representation of The Exploratorium in its development and lease of Piers 15-17 in San Francisco and the 49ers in the development of Levi's Stadium in Santa Clara, California.
