We hired White/Harris to represent a CBA dispute. Over the course of 9 months, Mr White provided careful advice supported by dutiful research. As this was our first (and hopefully only) experience in many years with a union disagreement, he took the time to patiently explain not only the options we had, the details and possible outcomes, but also the nuts and bolts of procedures and protocols in an effort to minimize the discomfort in an already-uncomfortable situation. He was consummately prepared, deliberate in his written and verbal communication, and deeply knowledgeable. I would recommend him and his firm to anyone confronting labor disputes.
Evan White has been of great support to our nonprofit organization. He has assisted us with a range of needs, from policy formation to employee challenges. Evan took the time to understand our unique work culture so his recommendations made sense for our goals. I highly recommend him!
