I had to repeatedly ask for documentation and updates. explaining anything, asking any questions, confirming anything directly to me. I didn't receive documentation until a couple of days ago, at the end of my case! Billable hours were not shared with me either. I received a few emails summarizing his interpretation of current status' (which were wrong). I received more information directly from the Court than I did my own attorney. Keep looking for another attorney if you're looking for a subject matter expert who is being paid for that expertise and you're expecting them to be transparent working on your behalf. He's fees are exorbitant compared to all of the other attorneys I've dealt with. He ensures all of his fees are paid up front and initially compared to anything else being paid; too so be aware of that.
