My name is Evan Ficaj (pronounced Fitz-EYE). As a fellow artist, entrepreneur, and small business owner, I know what it takes for you to launch, grow, and succeed at your business. My firsthand experience in business and corporate law, contracts, entertainment, finance, probate, estate planning, technology, public relations, management, and more makes me a powerful asset to those ready to make a difference.Before starting the Evan Ficaj Law Firm, I served as Attorney Advisor for the US Small Business Administration on over 4,000 small business loans from all 50 states plus DC, Puerto Rico, and Guam. I advised on loan compliance, requirements for closing, and the legal basis of various terms, conditions, and collateral requirements. I also reviewed applications and documents submitted by borrowers and assisted with fixing any errors on this documentation.In the entertainment business, I have performed, managed, and/or coordinated at EMU Convocation Center, Motor City Pride (Hart Plaza), Detroit Marriott Renaissance Center, Cobo Center, DeVos Place, Pease Auditorium, Jack Roth Stadium Club, Make-A-Wish Charity Ball, Necto, Elektricity, and many more. I have obtained media sponsorships, appearances, and/or placement on Fox 2 News, WXYZ-TV Channel 7, 94.7FM WCSX, 102.9FM W4 Country, 1050AM WTKA, MLive, Crain’s Detroit Business, Livingston Daily, Eastern Echo, 89.1FM WEMU, and the University of Michigan Hospital.Now, I devote my ambition, resourcefulness, and solutions to maximize success for my clients.
