About

Mr. Whitton was born and raised in Western Pennsylvania. While attending the University of Tennessee for his Master's Degree in Rehabilitation Counseling (Deafness), Mr. Whitton became interested in law. He then attended and graduated, magnum cum laude, from Nova Southeastern University where he received a Juris Doctorate in Law.
