Mr. Brooker is a business trial lawyer in Haynes and Boone’s Dallas office where he practices business litigation, intellectual property litigation, and media law. Mr. Brooker has represented clients as lead counsel in state and federal litigation involving claims of breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, fraud, insurance coverage, and professional negligence. Named a “Texas Rising Star” by Texas Monthly, Mr. Brooker serves as Secretary of the Dallas Association of Young Lawyers.
