He received his Juris Doctor from the University of Colorado, School of Law. While at CU, Euell was active with the ABA Mock Trial Team and won the Jim R. Carrigan Cup Trial Competition Award. He received his undergraduate degree in Philosophy from Hendrix College.Euell is a member of the Colorado Bar and Denver Bar Associations. In his free time, Euell enjoys playing guitar, playing squash, writing, travel and is studying to become a CMS Level 2 Sommelier.

I really liked talking with Euell. I Don't like dealing with legal issues at all I was very stressed out over my problem. Talking with Euell was calming and I felt Euell and the staff would stay on top of what needed to happen. Euell and the staff at livelihood law kept up regular communications with me. This was huge for making me feel at ease. Euell was easy to talk to and easy to understand. I felt like he would answer any question and I felt like he would take whatever time was needed. Ultimately the Government decided to make everything go away and I did not to proceed legally. Euell and the staff have been the best customer service I have seen in a very long time. I thought places like this did not exist any more. Thank you very much
Euell’s approach to my case, seamed outside the box to me, not being a lawyer. This was instrumental though, in setting outside of court. I’m leaving feeling vindicated, I’m a case that was an uphill battle. Although it’s never easy to lose a job. I was devastated to lose a job of 15 years, and second in seniority. Euell definitely gave me a since of not feeling hopeless. Yet was still being realistic with possible outcomes. In the end, Euell was able to provide a favorable outcome for me. By keeping pressure on the opposing counsel and my former employer. I would not play poker with this man!
I used Euell with a workplace harassment and retaliation case. With Euell's wonderful assistance I was able to negotiate an outcome that exceeded my expectations. My situation was unusual as I had not been terminated, but had an open EEOC/CCRC case and Euell was able to hop right in and assist me with my case. Even during the strange environment of the C-19 pandemic, Euell did an excellent job guiding me through the process related to resolving my claim through the virtual environment just as well as I believe he would have done in person.
I recently accepted a voluntary layoff package from a major corporation and requested that Mr. Thomas review my detailed severance agreement. I found Mr. Thomas to be punctual, professional and well prepared when we met remotely due to Covid-19 concerns. He pointed out several stipulations in the agreement that I had not considered or understood. By the end of the meeting, I felt like I had a clear understanding of the package offered by my company.
