I have  experience in most of the major resource plays of the last decade—including the Barnett, Haynesville, Eagle Ford, Woodbine, Utica, Marcellus, and Permian—and I am familiar with the unique legal issues faced in each area. I’ve run title in the courthouse, negotiated leases, prepared detailed maps and plats, fought mightily with the Texas RRC website, written title opinions, and have prepared curative documents and other oil and gas contracts. I’ve spent the last few years preparing title opinions and I strive to give my clients accurate, concise, and practical recommendations to address their various legal needs.
