I picked this lawyer on a recommendation from a friend because I needed to file for bankruptcy. I'm glad I hired him. He explained the entire bankruptcy process to me, recommended which chapter to file and pretty well took care of everything. I got my fresh start and rid of my debts. Friendly office, too.
Mr Nobles and his firm represented me in a situation where an ex employee took to social media, bad mouthing me and my business. They helped resolve the situation in a timely manner and couldn't be more pleased.
Mr. Nobles was very professional in my case. He was successfully in my case, knew what he was talking about. He was very helpful, and was patient with all my questions and phone calls. He also was very reasonable with his pricing. I highly recommend him to anyone for anything you need.
I hired this lawyer to reconcile a simple issue. He charged me $1000 and made me sign a contract. To my knowledge, he did nothing address the issue. He would not answer calls or return them. He “did not get” emails I sent him. His lack of action continued to the point that the facts of “my case” were no longer relevant or accurate. He then refused to return my money and he still to this day refuses to provide one piece of documentation of any kind to show what my money was used for (what he did to earn it). I would highly discourage any person who is considering hiring this lawyer from doing so. There are plenty of other lawyers who are competent and trustworthy out there.
I asked him to consider representing my husband in a probate issue - my husband was not keen to use him from knowing him as a Director at the AR Board of Realtors. I was busy working on 1 aspect of the case and when I asked him about anything else he emailed me - which I've kept all the emails to back this up - that the other side was in default and not to worry. Needless to say, the other side was not in default and he never even brought up the issue of having the Personal Representative removed - which is what my husband wanted done. All he was concerned about was how much money he was going to make as he insisted on being paid the same as a very well respected long-time excellent attorney my husband had used multiple times. But, he did not know what he was doing, didn't know the law or have a copy of it with him when the judge asked him a simple question about the law. He was too lazy and too incompetent for me to ever recommend - which hurts my heart greatly as I considered him a friend before this.
