I hired this lawyer to reconcile a simple issue. He charged me $1000 and made me sign a contract. To my knowledge, he did nothing address the issue. He would not answer calls or return them. I was busy working on 1 aspect of the case and when I asked him about anything else he emailed me - which I've kept all the emails to back this up - that the other side was in default and not to worry. Needless to say, the other side was not in default and he never even brought up the issue of having the Personal Representative removed - which is what my husband wanted done. All he was concerned about was how much money he was going to make as he insisted on being paid the same as a very well respected long-time excellent attorney my husband had used multiple times. But, he did not know what he was doing, didn't know the law or have a copy of it with him when the judge asked him a simple question about the law. He was too lazy and too incompetent for me to ever recommend - which hurts my heart greatly as I considered him a friend before this.
