About

Erin Redmond Claeys is dedicated to providing guidance from dispute to resolution. A solution's advocate, the NoCo Mediation Center’s visionary attorney and primary mediator Ms. Claeys is a seasoned litigator with over a decade of courtroom experience. Through her family law practice, Ms. Claeys recognized a deep need for the cost effective and time sensitive compromise of issues typically subject to protracted and emotionally draining litigation. Because Ms. Clayes has elected to continue her Family Law Practice, she is able to mediate cases in “real time” armed with a working knowledge of Colorado law and its application. NoCo Mediation Center offers virtual mediation sessions, allowing participants to reach a resolution from the comfort of their own home and offers a thirty (30) minute complimentary consultation for unrepresented parties to discuss whether mediation is appropriate for the matter. Contact our mediation coordinator, Chelsea O'Connor ([email protected]) or contact as by phone at (970) 420-6227, for more information regarding mediation.

Mrs. Claeys did her best to represent me in my high conflict case, she was very understanding with her billing and has a reasonable rate. Unfortunately, the opposing party wanted to exchange small talk and extensive emails in what would appear to be a way to waste money and raise the cost of representation. With that being known, I feel Mrs. Claeys did her very best to negate some of that. Mrs. Claeys is very compassionate with her clients and is a caring attorney. There were times when communication was dropped, misunderstood or overly presented. I feel this was due to new paralegal and front desk for the most part.
