Mr. Erik Stewart represented me in a custody case so that i may claim my fatherly rights and raise my baby girl. He was with me the whole case, good communication thru the down time too and really just made me feel like it was already a sure win. I would reccomend Erik and any lawyer at Boller + Petty associates. They also have a payment plan for those who cant afford to pay all up front (such as myself). I couldnt imagine getting up with anyone different.

On 12-19-19 in Muskingum county this man represented me. The nature of the case called for informal setting and did not require me to have an attorney. The things he did I do not agree with are as follows: he imturrpted the court room after some kind of proceeding took place, he failed to inform the judge of inaccurate information that was provided during testimony, his presence made it seem as if I wasn't allowed to speak at all, and his explanation of the hearing was "CPS has all the power" which means I'm still unsure of what transpired during this court hearing. Facts are as a juvenile case of Abuse, neglect, or dependency the hearing is to be informally held and parties are NOT required to have representation, however, this man was not hired by me and I did not want his representation. I recorded the entire hearing, before and after to prove my violation of rights and ineffective counsel. Not sure of the reasons it is so difficult to let people know how this attorney performs but the public should be informed of the disregard for proceedure this county has displayed.
