About
Erik Anderson directs his firm's Immigrant Visa Practice, overseeing the development of case strategies to address the recruitment and transfer of human resources in the United States and overseas. In this role he manages the visa and work permit needs of international professionals, managers, and executives. Erik also frequently lectures to employers and employees on issues relating to labor certification and is an experienced consultant to government contractors. Erik also regularly assists his clients in the preparation of contract bids for the provision of immigration-related services to agencies of the Federal Government. Erik is also a U.S. Coast Guard Licensed Captain, holding a valid Transportation Worker Identification Credential.
