Eric Rollins is an associate in the Newport Beach office with a varied civil litigation practice in both state and federal court involving business, construction, real estate, insurance, land use, eminent domain, and inverse condemnation disputes. Mr. Rollins has represented plaintiffs and defendants in all aspects of complex construction matters and handled insurance coverage issues arising out of construction claims. In addition, he has extensive experience with claims involving breach of contract, negligence, nuisance, trespass, civil conspiracy, unfair business practices, conversion, fraud, eminent domain, and inverse condemnation. Moreover, Mr. Rollins has represented wireless companies in the permitting of wireless telecommunication facilities. Mr. Rollins graduated magna cum laude in 2004 with a Bachelor of Music in Music Business/Management from Berklee College of Music, where he was an Epic Award Scholar. He received his Juris Doctorate in 2009 from Loyola Law School, where he was a member of the Dean’s List and served as an editor of the Loyola of Los Angeles Law Review. While at Loyola, Mr. Rollins received American Jurisprudence Awards in trial advocacy, appellate advocacy, and legal drafting.
