Sarah is a member of the O’Neil, Cannon, Hollman, DeJong & Laing’s Employment Law Practice Group.ExperienceSarah has assisted employers with a variety of employment law and litigation matters, including defending employers against claims under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA), the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), the National Labor Relations Act (NLRA), and the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA).Sarah also advises and assists employers with a variety of day-to-day labor, employment, and human resources matters, including personnel policies and handbooks, wage and hour issues, employee discipline and termination, employment contracts, labor union matters, and OSHA compliance.Sarah has represented the interests of employers in matters before administrative agencies such as the Wisconsin Department of Workforce Development, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, and the United States Department of Labor. Admissions
