However, she did not respond to multiple subsequent telephone or e-mail requests concerning a possible meeting with her. Without access to her counsel, I was unable to protect myself from actions taken by lawyers acting on behalf of my mortgage lender. I am disappointed by what struck me as her extremely unprofessional behavior.
