Bob is a partner in Bailey & Glasser's Charleston, WV office.  With over 15 years of experience, Bob is a seasoned trial attorney who represents individuals in cases involving serious personal injury and death, product liability and other complex litigation matters.  Bob's practice is dedicated almost exclusively to litigation matters.  Bob is one of several of the firm's attorneys pursuing class action litigation against Toyota Motor Company for sudden acceleration defects and he has also successfully litigated sexual abuse cases against the Kanawha County Board of Education.
