I hired Atty. Schutzbank 4 years ago for a child support & custody case. He was excellent and really knew his stuff. This year, I had a change in status and I reached out to him today to ask some advise. He provided me with guidance and advice to take care of the change myself. I was not asking for free guidance, but he even offered to pull the file for me if I needed it. Thank you for this exceptional support!

This was the second time I worked with Attorney Schutzbank on a family matter. I have been extremely satisfied with all of the services I have received from him. He is knowledgeable, efficient and also very attentive. I always felt that I could call or email him with any question and I knew that I would receive a timely response with the information I needed. He was also very effective when communicating with other attorneys who had to be contacted to resolve our matter, efficiently gaging when patience was needed and when it was time to advocate for quicker action. He had my and my family's best interest at heart. At a very trying time, it was most comforting to have such a competent individual in our corner. I would also like to add that Attorney Schutzbank's assistant, Allison, is extremely friendly, helpful and competent. She was always a kind presence on the phone.

After a long contentious battle in family court, Eric was able to get me the parental rights that I deserve. I have my fair share of experience with attorneys and have often felt neglected, under-advised, and left with little to no positive results. This is the first time I have ever worked with an attorney who is so sharp in every way imaginable. I will certainly be employing him as my attorney in any future legal matters.

Eric, has taken me through two divorce modifications with negotiating partners that were, to put it charitably, highly aggressive, lacking in full disclosure and not always reasonable. Throughout it all, Eric kept his eye on the ball and his calming influence with our opposites was instrumental in securing outcomes that were very closely aligened with our original objectives. I would readily recommend Eric.

My Attorney Handled College Education Case for me in a dispute with my Ex-Husband. The only thing that I would have liked to have seen done differently would have been for me to see the finacial statement from the other party before making my final decision on how much money I was to receive weekly from the ex toward education costs. Because I believe that I would have been able to get more out of him, after seeing the finacial statement. Also, I didn't like the fact the courts in Ma. cannot make the Ex pay interest on Education loans, that really hurt me finacially. I thought that could have been somehow argued better!

Attorney Schutzbank is likely competent to handle most cases. If your matter is complex, look further. He may feel free to dismiss you insensitively -and to underestimate you- as he did me. There are far more caring and skilled attorneys in the area: if you continue looking, you'll find one who can serve you and your matter well!
