I don't believe Eric Ruderman ever kept my interest in mind, to my opinion he didn't study the case at all and looked so lost and confused in the court that the court onlookers asked me why did I hire this guy, or where did I find this guy ? For the majority of the time he was fumbling through his exhibit folder looked like he was trying to figure out his own filing system. Eric Ruderman has 30+ years of practice but he was run over in court by a first year law graduate just because he was not prepared. Also he offered me a flat rate but charged me a lot more, so don't believe any estimate or flat rate that he offers. I got fooled by Eric ruderman for his professional look and sincere talk, my worst decision.

The absolute worst decision I could have made. Tells you what you want to hear in the beginning, but never has your best interest in mind. I spent well over 10,000 dollars for services that will now effect me and my family for the WORST for the next 15= years. Do yourselves and your family a favor and hire anyone else.
