In addition, the civil wrongful death lawsuit Eric filed on behalf of the parents of David Roberts led the Washington legislature to recently announce they were changing the laws that governed who would be allowed to work in child care facilities licensed by the State. As an appellate attorney Eric convinced the Washington Supreme Court to strike down a statute that would have allowed jurors to decide whether a defendant was guilty or innocent based on whether the defendant had been accused of similar acts in the past. In addition to his trial work, Eric has been retained as a trial consultant and he has appeared as a guest commentator on Court TV and as a legal commentator on Fox News Channel.Eric Lindell will continue helping people who have suffered significant civil injuries as well as those accused of violating State and Federal criminal laws.
