He will not call you back has a million excuses...my sons leaving for school, I'm in court, send me this or that, I don't care about this or that....gives you the RUN AROUND! 7 MONTHS in my case. Said HE ONLY WANT CASES THAT WILL MAKE MILLIONS...has been in trouble with the State for fraudinF clients..WHEN THE FIRST THING THAT Shows up with a Google search is RED WRITING WARNING YOU OF OHIO SUPREME COURT DISCIPLINE STEER CLEAR..SERIOUSLY IF YOU USE HIM AFTER THESE WARNINGS you're JUST ASKING FOR AND getting the worst attorney ever. I was shocked by his lack of knowledge and compassion and know it all attitude. DO NOT GO TO HIM! He talks over you and will not let you say a word. In fact he asked for more materials from me and never even reviewed them. Spiteful, ignorant of other peoples feelings and money hungary are my take a ways from my encounter with Mr. Hall. usually does not return phone calls or emails unless it relates to getting more money out of you; he makes house calls, has no office or staff; there is no office in independence, oh...he works out of his car and home which i found suspicious; he made two appointments to meet with me and was a NO CALL, NO SHOW, not only for the first one, but the 2nd one as well, 2 DAYS IN A ROW; he told me he wins 9 out of 10 cases - I lost BOTH hearings; when he did show up he was usually a half hour to 45 minutes late; he likes to talk but doesn't say much i.e. lots of "making coversation/elevator talk,"; how did my case get sidetracked? He'd spend 5 minutes talking about my case and 15 minutes talking about old television shows; i had to cut him off and try to steer him back to my case; I had an uneasy feeling from the beginning; but I paid him the first $500 anyway; i went home and looked him up online and my heart sank; he had 2-3 bad reviews at the time and the complaints matched mine...he filed my appeal with the court, for a judge to review...i am still waiting the decision and i don't even know if mr. hall submitted my defense...my case? abandoned to my knowledge, no response when i leave repeated emails asking if the judge has made a decision...a HUGE ad in the phone book doesn't mean u r going to get a good lawyer..

Poor follow up and response to calls unless there is immediate financial gain. Knowingly not well versed in certain aspects of the law, but still accepts cases. Does not fight for clients, within the confines of the law, unless immediate financial gain is at hand. Does not do much outside research in applicable case law, and precedence, with regards to aspects that he does not have expert knowledge of.
