This attorney does tax certiorari. Besides not pursuing any of the actions given to him in a meaningful way after submitting the complaint, Mr. Grabino made a clerical error and filed two actions for one year which was improper. In addition, this attorney failed to file at all for the 2010-2011 year although he was paid to do so. There is a dispute ongoing with this attorney and he has not been easy to work with to resolve said issue. For instance, he gave his side - which I did not agree with - and then when I started to tell him my side he hung up the phone rather than listen to what I had to say. I consider this unprofessional conduct.
