I hired Eric, after firing two other divorce lawyers for not doing their job! He handled my divorce quick and compassionately. He is professional and got the job done! I got more than i wanted in my divorce. You cant' go wrong with Eric!

I am his client, so to speak; however after I paid him $3000.00 to fight child support case for me he disappeared. It's been more than a month he last contacted me. This amount is a lot of money (my hard earned income). The legal issues are time sensitive, as we all know. Is this professionalism. I hired him 04/21/2014. Today is 08/28/2014.

Approximately 2 years ago I paid Eric a $3000 retainer to handle my divorce. He attended one 30 minute mediation and that was all. After approximately 1 year of nothing getting done I hired another attorney to take over. Eric never responded to him either. I emailed and sent certified copy requesting a refund to which he never responded. I finally sued him in small claims court and won a $3000 judgement and he has not responded to pay that. I then filed a writ of garnishment on his bank which come to find out his account cannot satisfy the judgement. What a nightmare this is.

Sorry to say but paid retainer of $2500. Eric attended 30 minute mediation and never heard from him again. Finally had to hire other attorney to take over. I will be trying to get some of my money back.

Perhaps he has taken on too much business. When you see him one time, you will not likely see him again for a very long time. His assistant will not allow contact to him. Very slow process...a semi-rude assistant....I am sorry this was the attorney I chose. Caveat emptor! Buyer beware!
