Met w/Eric Clayman regarding large medical bills and credit card debts. I had been out of work for about 6 months. I reviewed my situation and ultimately Mr. Clayman did not think filing was the answer. I appreciated the time he spent w/me.
I have had several financial problems due to my boyfriend's illness. I had credit card debt, medical bills and I was the only family working. I met with Eric Clayman and he explained my options and so far everything is working out. My family can start over.
I had lost my job and my daughter became very ill. Mr Clayman explained my options and helped me understand how to resolve my debt problems.
I saw Mr. Clayman after my divorce. I felt I was unfairly financially burdened after my husband left me. He explained my options and I had more choices than I realized.
I met Eric in Audubon (Camden County) New Jersey. I wa very nervous. He gave me the impression he knew what he was doing and I felt better. The process concluded just as he told me it would and although I would not recommend anyone to file bankruptcy, if you have to you should call Eric.
I saw Eric during a period of my life when everything was going wrong. He met with me, took his time, put me at ease and everything he told me would happen, did happen. My bankruptcy case worked very smoothly and I have a fresh start. I wish had thanked him personally - I think I will right now!
This wa sthe most difficult period in my life and Mr. Clayman calmly and thoughtfully explained all my options. We ultimately were able to satisfiy my creditors and I could move on from this difficult period in my life.
I went to this office for consultation which is free per website and I was informed free consultation over the phone . I initially spoke with Jay Cksyman for maybe 40 mins or so. Remind you part of the conversation was about William Penn filing bankruptcy etc. Which took of part of my free consultation. So after pondering the idea of bankruptcy I called back the next day and decided against filing after realizing I didn't have that much debt and I could work things out with my creditors. Well Jenkins and Clayman refuses to refund my $300 retainer. They didn't to anything for me but talk and took my $300 . They kept setting me up conference calls to convince me to file and each time I said no can I have the retainer back. This has been going on for a month.
