Poor communication by Mr Scully and his support staff. They did not provide copies of documents or communications from opposing counsel, and email communications from client went unread and unanswered, although that was his preferred way of communicating. Mr Scully seemed to expend more time and energy in making sure he was financially compensated by the insurance company (which topic was included in every telephone conversation with client) over his client receiving compensation for work injuries. Mr Scully is an advocate for his profession, over his clients. It's no wonder his peers chose him as a 'Super Lawyer.' Very disappointed. Hired different attorney.
