I was in a bad car accident 18 months ago. I was rear ended while stopped for over 10 seconds waiting to turn across traffic when I was hit from behind by a Ford Expedition traveling 50 mph. The three day old five star top rated 2012 was totaled. Rick was very responsive initially but after the initial meeting I have had a very difficult time getting him to call me back. I am a business owner and this isn't how you treat your customer. Professional not! I wish I had done a bit of research first even though he was highly recommended by an individual. I will look to switch to a different attorney but concerned that he may already be recognized as the attorney on record. Any Suggestions?

Never returned any phone calls, zero communication, held onto my money for months and never even started my case going. Some common courtesy goes a long way to foster trust. My feeling is that if you have something that involves a big insurance company that can net a big payout, then you're fine...everybody else, avoid the added frustration and look elsewhere.
