Emily S. Lucibello has owned and operated a law practice in Connecticut since 2009. Her inherent and personal understanding of business law issues allows her to advise business-owner clients on several issues implicit in a divorce.In addition to her private criminal defense practice, Attorney Lucibello was appointed by the State of Connecticut to serve as “Assigned Counsel” in the Judicial Districts of Ansonia/Milford and New Haven for several years. She has represented individuals accused of crimes throughout CT, and is experienced in defending against serious felony and misdemeanor charges.Attorney Lucibello is actively involved in National, State, and local bar associations and practice-area focused associations, and has held several leadership positions. Attorney Lucibello is a compassionate, hard-working and very fair individual. I was going through a very difficult divorce and could not have navigated through it without the guidance and support from Mrs. Lucibello. With Mrs. Lucibello I always felt like I had more than an attorney on my side... I also had a friend. She worked hard to make sure that I was treated fairly and that my children received the support from their father that they were entitled to. Even now that the divorce has been finalized, she continues to work with me to help ensure that support remains consistent.
