I have used Emily Kile's services on 2 occasions, once many years ago and once recently. She was enormously helpful on both occasions, and brings an integrity and professionalism to her work which I so appreciate. I recommend her without reservation!
If you have a simply guardianship, she's your attorney. However, if there is any possibility of litigation (which why someone hires an attorney to begin with), her subservient demeanor will open doors for the opposition. Rather than suggest counters, she will look at you with a blank stare and wait for you to make a suggestion if you don't like the offer. I was paying for someone to confidentially advise me. Instead I got someone who parroted the words coming from the opposition without ever uttering any words of advisement.
