I must admit that I had gotten very lax in keeping up with the annual reporting requirements for my corporation. I hired Ms Hill to make sure I was in compliance, and to make sure I STAY that way! Now, my mind is at ease knowing that my corporation's Annual Minutes, Articles of Incorporation, and all other important corporate filings and documents are prepared correctly and are safely in the hands of a highly competent attorney. I can't recommend Emily highly enough. Ms Hill is incredibly thorough, knowledgeable, and a lot of fun to work with!
