My work permit was lost in transit, and after 10 months of arguing with USCIS, I got my new work permit with approval date of July 2020. I want to thank this office, and especially Arcelia. I filed my DACA in February 2017, my work permit expired in July. I got my receipt in August 5, 2017, took my fingerprints and finally after my Attorney's office calling immigration and doing a total of 16 Service request I got Card last week. I was really frustrated and upset but one thing I can say is that every time I called Arcelia she would answer my call, and if she was busy she would tell me I will call you back and she did even if it was at 7 or 8 at night. Thank you very much. There was a point that I honestly thought I wasn't going to get it.
