Eric's practice focuses on litigation, intellectual property, government contracts and employment law. He is licensed to practice in the Commonwealth of Virginia and Maryland.Before joining Dunlap Bennett & Ludwig, Eric worked as a law clerk at Baker & Hostetler LLP, addressing litigation and government contracts issues, and as a legal intern at international internation jet-engine manufacturer Rolls-Royce.He earned is juris doctor from The George Washington University Law School. While there, he represented pro bono clients through Jacon Burns Community Legal Clinics, sat on the university's Moot Court Board, acted as staff editor of the American Intellectual Property Law Association (AIPLA) Quarterly Journal, adn was awarded the Michael J. Avenatti Award for Excellence in Pre-Trial and Trial Advocacy. He also attended Brighamn Young University, where he received a bachelor's degree in English.
