I retained Mr. Wiener to represent me in my custody matter. He drafted stipulations and failed to get the Judge to sign off on them which made them useless. I have now suffered pecuniary damages because what should have been settled is still on going 3 years later in Court.. He failed to show up to obtain the judges signature on one of the stipulations which caused me to lose my child support. This firm does not care about their clients only their billing. I had to pay not only for the stipulations but his attempted corrections of the stipulations. Their billings are way out of line of the quality of work.
