The 15 minutes spent in his office were met with a man who is disheveled, late, condescending, unprofessional...Like WHOA. He missed a status conference with a judge for another client while we were in his office. I know this bc the judge's chamber called to remind him. He then proceeded to dial in, in front of us, to conduct the call. I could share client sensitive information about this case since Elliot had no problem with us hearing everything, but I wont. Do yourself a favor and stay away!
