Mr. Isaac and his team handled my case expeditiously and with care. He advised honestly, with input based on extensive experience. I researched several lawyers before deciding on Mr. Isaac and am very happy I went with him. My case was settled with acceptable terms. Mr. Isaac was friendly and empathetic. I felt that the service I received was well worth the fee.
I started working with Elliot in 2013 for an adult support case for my disabled son. Elliot was kind, understanding and extremely supportive. Not to mention, he has a great bedside manner and was extremely professional the entire time. I was very pleased with the end result and have retained him now again this year in 2018. I highly recommend working with him, you will not be disappointed.
We were impressed with his focus on the issues, and he went well beyond what I expected, to resolve the issues, for the agreed-upon fee. He was very responsive to phone calls and email communications.
Pay attention to what he is telling you his plans are for your case. If he schedules you for a deposition MAKE SURE YOU MAKE HIM PREP YOU. He will make your case sound so good, until you pay the retainer, after that forget about contacting him (only his secretary will SOMETIMES answer). Worst attorney I have ever had
I sought to hire Mr. Isaac in an employment matter. I got a phone call after three days from an assistant (Christine? - didn't really clearly identify herself). Very businesslike, to the point of being rude (dismissive). Tried to explain the basics of the situation, wouldn't listen. Tried to redirect, wouldn't listen. Finally disconnected call. Granting, any reasonable attorney will vet their client and ensure they're not wasting their time. However, this was way beyond; the person was woefully disqualified and misunderstood the situation. The monetary potential is also significant, on both sides (i.e.: client and attorney). So it's worth fifteen seconds of actually listening, instead of sicking a distemperate gatekeeper onto a potential client. Based on this interaction, recommend to stay away. Certainly, don't take anything you are told at face value. As regards the attorney himself and his work, I can't opine.
In March I hired Elliot for a case and his communication has been very poor to say the least. It was taking 2 weeks or longer to get updates on my case or even to just get an email back to a request for an updated. He tried to blame it on the other side not replying but the at least reply to my emails requesting for an update. I would not hire him again and not recommend him to anyone. I ended up having to release him and hire a new attorney who was also shocked at the lack of service.
