Ellen Grover is a partner with Karnopp Petersen and concentrates her practice in the areas of land use, natural resources, Indian, and development law issues as well as on various natural resource regulatory programs and compliance matters.  Ellen has represented numerous clients involving complex Oregon land use and energy siting law issues as well as on various natural resource regulatory programs and compliance matters.  Her practice also focuses on assisting a federally recognized Indian tribe and other entities on business development, renewable energy, hydroelectric, energy infrastructure and other complex development projects.
