Beth helped me settle a dispute where property management failed to address several conditions in house, deeming the place unfit for living. Beth worked diligently and both parties were able to come to a resolution, allowing myself to terminate lease and returning the deposits and other funds. I was very concerned that I would not get my money back, considering I was dealing with property management, but with Beth's hard work, we resolved the matter in under 2 weeks.
