Im a loving dad that was going through a custody case that was very difficult and emotional. After retaining Elise and seeing how she fought for me I felt so,so much better. She does not mess around and is serious and right to business. I'm so grateful someone recommended her to me!! Couldn't picture anyone else to have by my side. My Husband and I were going to court to get more visitation with his son. It turned ugly real fast and the only thing that made this big mess feel ok was Elise. Talking to her put our worries at ease. She Made us feel confident in our case. She is definitely a firecracker in the court room and it’s very obvious she is well respected by judges and her peers. She is definitely someone you want in your corner. Our case ended up very fair and we were very pleased with the outcome. Couldn’t have done it without Elise.

The lady was great she help me during some hard times when my father pass he didn't leave a will so she did all the paperwork and court dates my dad had a lot of Bill and leans on his house witch she help us save couldn't thank her enuf the house has been in are family sence the 50s.

This lady is very unprofessional. She has unnecessary attitude and is very arrogant. I was sent a bill for her services and it was so unreasonable, especially when she literally only spent 20mins on my case. I just can't get over how ugly her attitude is... be aware!! People like her make it hard to trust a lawyer to fully represent you and not just take your money

I made a mistake in hiring her as my divorce lawyer. Initially she impressed me in our first meeting only to find out that she only wants to be paid. She's abrasive and unprofessional. She was unprepared and was always late. She worked against me and did not represent me at the end. I found myself defending my rights. She encouraged me to settle and left with nothing but debt. She wanted the proceedings to be done as soon as possible as she was fully paid. I was asked if I would recommend her services, I simply said, no.

I hired Elise Mitchell about three years ago. She was the worse. She has a very nasty attitude. In the initial consultation she was rude but I took that as she was tough and I thought I needed a tough attorney. She was not tough at all just a rude person. She was never prepared for court and was rude in court and did not listen to me. She did absolutely nothing to help me. At times I felt like she worked against me. She did return calls only to bill me for them and not be ready during court. I would not recommend Elise Mitchell. If you need document completion only; then maybe but to represent you in court and fight on your behalf, she is not good at all. But absolutely wanted to be paid.

On two separate occasions she forgot to bring documents that were essential for my case; she made inaccurate statements on my behalf and often forgot the most important points.
