Elisa Dillard Rainey has decades of legal experience. Her practice is focused exclusively on estate planning and elder law, which includes topics such as guardianship, probate, wills and trusts, powers of attorney, special needs planning and trusts, Medicaid planning, and more. In 1992 she earned her BBA from Baylor University, and she graduated in 1994 from Baylor University School of Law with her Juris Doctorate. In addition to her responsibilities as an attorney, she also serves as an adjunct professor of elder law at her alma mater and has frequent speaking engagements.
