At one time, when I was a practicing MD in NY, I has tremendous legal difficulties (nothing to do with my state license) but was too financially too embarrassed to afford legal opinion. Though Mr Wolf knew this it did not stop him from recognizing the overall picture giving me enough time, patience and attention in an interview to steer me in the right direction to win through. I wished I could have paid him more for his help but it was only years later that I realized just how much his advice achieved for me. I don't think there are too many lawyers with that kind of altruism around.
Thank you for being so quick to answer. I appreciate that. Your knowledge helps me greatly.
Quick and informative response.
I am acquainted with this lawyer through Avvo. He answered an embarrassing question and gave me the information I needed to protect my rights. That's what I needed to know. I wanted to publicly thank him and let him know I am very grateful.
Helped me understand about the process. I only consulted him and he was very insightful. Thank you
He gave me honest feedback hey Eliot... I know a psychiatrist that refused my right of a Reece Hearing and threatened... promised to send the goons if I refused his drugs... Been running for my life for a decade... not really the time you want to summon someone to court
Took time to give me advice and tell me what to do to see if I had a case.
I emailed Mr. Wolf a scenario, asking if he was willing to take on a small case, with a pending settlement, either as an advisor (for a fixed fee), or to perhaps consider pursuing the case toward trial. He indicated that it was too small a case for him to get involved with, but he graciously and generously provided some brief advice by phone and email. Surely he can't do this for everyone--he has a business to run. The fact that this settlement would help someone indigent perhaps influenced his decision. Some other attorneys I've consulted have seemed to be in it for the "quick buck." I didn't get that from Mr. Wolf.
His advise was spot on and if I lived in his state he would be my attorney.
I had a couple of questions and he answered them all perfectly.
