My family had a major issue regarding our greencards and naturalization status. Elaine guided us through the entire process professionally and help us completely resolved the problem. She is very knowledgeable and updated with current immigration topics. Highly recommended!

Like i said earlier on, I highly recommend anyone who needs on immigration to visit Elaine Cheung. She is a life changer and a life safer. I went to her office in march 2015, When, I was going through difficulties times with my application, I-751. I literary visited 6 different attorneys, and they all told me lies. Elaine was head and shoulder above everyone of them. My life changed the moment I entered her office. She advised me to file for a waiver, which I did and was able to have my application approved. Please don't waste time. Get the help you need from Elaine

I so glad I went to Elaine's office. In fact, I wish I had consulted with her earlier. I was going through difficulties times with my application, the I-751, in 2014 to 2015. It took me so many months of soul searching. I literary visited 6 different attorneys, and they all told me lies. Elaine was head and shoulder above everyone of them. My life changed the moment I entered her office. She advised me to file for a waiver immediately . But I wasted time. I still had to get second opinion from another top lawyer who ended confirming what Elaine had told me was in fact true. From then on, Elaine took over my case and the rest was history. Elaine was a life saver. I was lucky to file for a waiver 2 days before my interview. It took me over 6 months. But just this year (February 2016) My application was approved. You will never find true and honest professional, who will fight for you till the end. I highly recommend Elaine Cheung to anyone who is fighting for their future. I don't waste time, like I did. She has the wealth of knowledge and experience to take on any immigration issues. She is a truly life changer.

I got in touch with her law firm last June, 2014 and the reception received was so professional. She and her staff are very kind enough and mainly, the communication between both parties was cordial. I have promised myself to recommend her to who so ever that may need any immigration processing documents. She is a great lawyer.

Elaine is the best in Philly when it comes to immigration law. She was very knowledgeable, helpful, and seems to be well-connected with the local immigration office. I was also impressed by the fact that she spoke three languages fluently. My paperwork was taken care of and I felt well-prepared for the interviews. Thanks to Elaine's counsel, I am now less than a year away from citizenship.

Elaine is very knowledgeable about actual immigration law. She was responsible about returning my calls and letting me know what she needed from me within a reasonable amount of time. But she gave me some bad advice a few times. While I was waiting for a decision on my case, I was arrested and convicted. She knew this, but she told me I could become a citizen less than five years after my conviction--until I reminded her I had a conviction, and then she changed her advice and said I would have to wait a little longer. She also told me I would definitely not be called for an immigration interview, and I was. I found out later from another immigration legal organization that I should have always been expecting to be called for an interview, due to my conviction issue. Finally, I found out that my conviction could lead to me getting deported, but Elaine never told me that possibility. When I asked her about it, she said she would have to check on it. When I went for my immigration interview, she never warned me that I could be put in deportation proceedings. I started to wonder what important information she might be leaving out whenever I talked to her.
