Mr. Sharmin is an attorney, author and public speaker. Mr. Sharmin founded his own practice in 2004 and now focuses his practice exclusively on representing the injured. He has fought hard battles in court to achieve uncommon results including recovering millions of dollars for those who are poor, injured and alone against big business and big insurance.  He is listed in the Super lawyers Magazine as a rising star in 2012 and 2013 and is a member of the Million Dollar Advocated Forum. He is also the author of the book: "Become Persuasive" where he writes: "I want to be known as a lawyer who spoke to truth, who was a champion of the common man in his darkest hour when he needed forgiveness, courage or relief the most. These are the times of powerful government and big business. The common man's spirit is being crushed between his two week paychecks, and while he runs from weekend to weekend, distracting himself with cheap beer and sports shows his window of hopes, dreams, true self worth, personal achievement and personal freedom grows smaller and smaller until the last ounce of light gives way to darkness and he is left alone in the dark with no guide  and no friend.  We are the common man's only friend the contingency lawyer, the lawyer who has the power to make concrete and not merely theoretical changes in his life with the aid of the law as a tool, the lawyer who does not even want to charge him a penny up-front for his efforts, but instead to share the risk with him, believes in his dream of justice with him, spends his own money for him is demonized by big media paid for by big business.  While they scream lies to him in total darkness he is forced to mistake his dear friend for the enemy and is left all alone to his enemies to do with him what they want, to use him as a profit center, to rape his dignity and peace away from him and to laugh at him behind his back while they grow richer and richer looking down at the biggest sheep run from the hill top of the dark landscape."  Mr. Sharmin attended Virginia Polytechnic Institute of State University where he obtained 3 bachelor degrees in Psychology, Political Science and Economics with a fourth Major in Interdisciplinary studies with Minors in Biology and Chemistry. He was then invited to attend law school at Syracuse University College of Law where he obtained a Juris Doctorate Degree. He is also a graduate of the Gerry Spence Trial Lawyer College. Mr. Shamrin is a member of the Palm Beach County Trial Lawyers Association, the Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers and the Palm Beach County Bar Association.
