She returned my call promptly. She did not impress on me that she was interested in protecting tenants She didn't want to hear pertinent details and didn't seem to know much about tenants rights and landlord responsibilities. She intimated that its' "fluff on the side". Her and other lawyers from NLS can only suggest to find another place to live. She seemed proud to assert the rights of landlords to evict people as it is their "prerogative" She and NLS favor landlords. There is no one to help tenants in Pittsburgh
