As in-house Division Counsel for Clinical Revenue Management Services, LLC (CRMS), I deal with issues concerning health law and medical debt collections on a daily basis.I am familiar with many of the laws related the healthcare industry, especially those concerning substance abuse and mental health. My daily routine strongly involves the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), 42 CFR Part 2, the Mental Health Parity Act, Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), and various other state and federal laws/regulations. It brings me great pleasure to achieve positive outcomes for those who rely on my skillsets.
