The specialist that handled my case from beginning to end (Ivannia) kept me up to date constantly, so much that she gave us her cell phone number and even during the holidays she would respond. I really appreciated the personal attention. I hope to never get in an accident again,but If I do I would definitely know I can call them and at whatever time and day and they will jump to help.
