My brother fell into a rut with a federal case and, after going through three previous criminal defense attorneys that hurt more than helped, I felt I finally found people that not only had the knowledge to help (the lawyers previously hired were definitely skilled), but that actually cared about the seriousness of my brother's case and who did NOT cave into any kind of pressure from the government prosecutors. The work was done remotely since my brother is currently locked up in Minnesota (Sandstone FCI) and I live in Detroit but it quickly became apparent that it wouldn't be an issue since the legal team was very communicative with me and, in addition to this, Mr. Chung or someone from his team would always make sure to actually meet my brother in person at least once every couple months. From the beginning, I made it absolutely clear to Mr. Chung and his colleagues that they had to follow certain guidelines and expectations since we had very bad experiences with three previous criminal defense lawyers that did more harm than good (my brother's case is a rather high-profile federal case and the government did everything it could to prevent certain arguments from being brought up by my brother and OUR OWN LAWYERS made sure to help the government prosecutors in this regard by actually sabotaging and modifying certain briefs my brother wrote himself for the case).
